Terms & conditions

a) The application assured RR Fermentative that plot/land is free from any encumbrance and us capable of being used for The type of project applied for.
b) All necessary permission required from statutory authorities like chief controller of explosives (CCOE)/ PESO - Nagpur And local office, NHAI, building proposal, Factory department, environment department, local municipal office.
c) CFO, Directorate of health & safety, police commissioner, traffic police etc. for the type of project applied for are to be Arrange by the applicant in procuring the said necessary permission.
d) All civil works such as foundation, boundary walls lighting etc. are in the scope of the applicant. The technical design & Detail will be as per the statutory guidelines & design provided by RPF.
e) Power connection has to be arranged by the applicant.
f) In case of cancellation NOC from the second person is required. All day to day operations and operating cost release to the type of project applied shall be within the scope of the applicant.
g) All safety and general hoarding as per statutory guidelines, design and specification are to be ensured by the applicant. After processing of the applicant from the applicant shall be called upon for execution of a formal agreement. The applicant Shall into the agreement with RR Fermentative on such terms and conditions as mentioned in the said agreement. It is Understood by the applicant that it shall be obtaining a license and purchase a plant, related to the type of project applied By him, and shall have to pay for them separately as per agreement to be executed between the parties.
h) The application processing fee deposited by the applicant along with the accompanying application form shall be Adjusted towards the license fee at the time of the signing/ execution of the agreement between the parties. However, the Application processing fee deposited along with the present application form shall not be refunded in any event.
i) RPF will assist in getting tie up with government within 30 days of submission of the agreement fees based on the fulfill-ment of all the statutory requirements of the government by applicant .
j) The terms and conditions mentioned in the present application shall from part of between the terms of the present Agreement and the said agreement, the terms and conditions of the said agreement to be executed between the parties Shall prevail.
k) Applicant will submit the following document with application- MOA, AOA& Audited Balance sheet, Registration of Company, Pan Card, ID Proof.
|) It is understood that this application is binding upon the license as per the agreement rules & regulations mentioned by The company.
m) The license hereby warrants that the whole of the information contains is accurate and understands RR Fermentative Relies on it while assessing the appointment of franchisee.
n) RRF is hereby at the liberty by the license to check any employment personal or credit references
o) RRF undertakes to treat this information in a confidential and appropriate manner and the franchise e mutually hereby Agrees not to divulge in any outlaw and illicit activities off and on upon the agreement and would maintain the trade secret In an absolute manner. The license is required to keep all the verbal and written communication strictly confidential and not To disclose it to any other party.
